Select column grand totals of the current pivot table

Select subtotals of the current pivot field
Select first/next subtotal of the current pivot field
Set number format to the current pivot field
Increase decimal of the current pivot field
Decrease decimal of the current pivot field
Set currency style of the current pivot field
Add/remove column grand totals to/from the current pivot table
Add/remove row grand totals to/from the current pivot table
Changes the width/height of the columns/rows of the pivot table to achieve the best fit
Clear format of the current pivot table.
