Not many programs allow you to add pre-payments to figure out the effects of adding a couple hundred dollars a month to your payments. The program shows how much faster you can pay off a mortgage using this approach. This program has been essential for me. Now if they would only make a version for my Palm Tungsten C I'd be extremely happy... |
