I've used Unique Filer 1.4 and find it to be a very nice program. It has cleaned up my 20,000 image collection and taken out so many duplicates that I could only guessed were present.
Sadly the author has not upgraded the software for qute a long time now (and it seems he will not). The beta version 2.01 has some good upgradations but needs to be converted into a retail version.
